About Us
The people behind Becoming You
A small, dedicated practice built on compassion, professional expertise, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing.
Our Story
A practice built on compassion & connection
At Becoming You, we believe that every person holds the capacity for growth, healing, and change. Our practice was founded on a simple but powerful idea: therapy should feel like a safe place to be your whole, authentic self.
We are a small team of dedicated, accredited therapists who bring warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to every session. Whether you're navigating anxiety, working through past trauma, or exploring what neurodivergence means for you — we're here to walk alongside you.
Becoming You is a trading name of Be You Therapy Solutions Ltd, committed to making quality mental health support accessible to all.
Our Approach
Therapy that meets you where you are
We offer evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored to your individual needs, circumstances, and goals.
Person-centred
You're at the heart of everything we do. Your goals, your pace, your journey. We create a space where you feel heard, valued, and understood.
Evidence-based
Our methods are grounded in research and best practice, using proven approaches including CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
Neuro-affirming
We recognise and respect neurodivergent experiences, adapting our approach to work with your brain — not against it.
