Our Services

Therapy tailored to you

Evidence-based approaches delivered with compassion — available in-person and online, all across the UK.

Individual Therapy

One-to-one sessions, at your own pace

A confidential, judgement-free space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with a dedicated therapist who truly listens.

Individual therapy offers time and space to work through whatever's weighing on you — anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck.

  • Safe, confidential environment
  • Sessions typically 50 minutes
  • Weekly or fortnightly frequency
  • Available in-person or online

CBT & Neuro-Affirming CBT

Structured, evidence-based support

CBT is one of the most researched and effective therapies for anxiety, depression, OCD, and many other challenges — focused on practical tools you can use in everyday life.

We also offer adapted, neuro-affirming CBT for autistic and ADHD adults, moving beyond one-size-fits-all approaches to work with your brain, not against it.

  • Evidence-based and goal-focused
  • Practical tools and techniques
  • Typically 8–16 sessions
  • Neuro-affirming adaptation available

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Gentle, paced support for healing

Sensitive, specialist support for those processing past trauma, adverse experiences, or PTSD in a safe and grounded environment.

We recognise the lasting impact of difficult experiences and take a compassionate, gentle approach — working at your pace to ensure you feel safe and in control throughout.

  • Gentle, paced approach
  • Focus on safety and stabilisation
  • Grounding and somatic techniques
  • Specialist training in trauma recovery

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Building a meaningful life, alongside difficulty

ACT helps you develop psychological flexibility — learning to accept difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to actions aligned with your values.

Rather than fighting or avoiding discomfort, ACT offers practical tools for living well even when life feels hard.

  • Values-based, practical approach
  • Effective for anxiety, chronic pain & more
  • Complements CBT approaches
  • Available individually or in groups

Group Therapy

Connection, community, shared understanding

Facilitated small groups offering community, perspective, and collective healing — a powerful way to feel less alone.

Learn from others' experiences and practice new ways of relating in a supportive, structured environment.

  • Small, facilitated groups (6–8 people)
  • Safe, confidential setting
  • Themes including anxiety, burnout, ND identity
  • Weekly sessions over 6–8 weeks

Common Questions

Services FAQ

How do I know which therapy is right for me?

That's exactly what our free initial consultation is for. We'll listen to what you're going through and suggest the approach or therapist that's the best fit — you don't need to know anything about therapy to get started.

Do you offer couples therapy?

We don't currently offer couples therapy. We specialise in individual and group support, including neuro-affirming approaches for autistic and ADHD adults.

How long does therapy typically take?

This varies from person to person. Some find a focused course of 8–16 sessions enough; others benefit from longer-term support. We review progress together regularly.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person?

Yes — research shows online therapy can be just as effective as in-person for many people, while offering greater flexibility and accessibility.
